Wait- aren't you the same troll that thinks t-mobiles network is quad band? And the only network that uses the 850 band? You may want to start looking for a job you're better at. Might I suggest crash dummy...
...
I am a T-Mobile customer, and don't u mean we use the 1900MHz band? Get your facts straight. We are going to continue to raise the bar, our customer bar.
...
????
Re-read what he said.
...
yeah, re-read my post. The rep I was responding to believes that t-mobile is the only wireless company that uses the 850 band (t-mobile can use the 850 in roaming, and is adding and buying towers back)
...
I said or meant to say maybe a typo and ill go check but I said we have more capable, international capable hansets. Also to add to that there are T-Mobile in more locations world wide than Cingualr. So look that up before you start saying things that aren't true
...
Go ahead and take your American T-Mobile phone to a T-Mo store in the UK. See how much help they give you.
...
if you go to germany or whatever country has t-mobile with you sim unlocked you would be alot better off that you would with Voda or Orange or whoever else is out there. Trust me customer feedback that I have heard says that when they travel abroad and there is a T-Mobile..its alot easier. one bad experiance... with a dealer. sorry.. im not a dealer
...
Excuse me because I don't know how to do that cool box thing to section off a previous comment but
Can we say T-Mobile???

"I'm guessing we are getting this phone who else has Quad band GSM like us?"
The debate was about who is getting this nice quad-bang phone. The title says "can we say t-mobile" BECAUSE who else does quad band like us.
sentence structure was a little different... if you put 2 and 2 together you'd see it equals 4.

is this what you mean 🙄
all you have to do is add
...
yeah the box quote but after you box it off how do you start new text outside of it lol
...
yeah we dont use 850 we are not alltel or any of them...... WE STARTED GSM TECHNOLOGY through voicestream so cingular would be a copycat right.......
...
That's wonderful and all...but doesn't it hurt to know that your network is still smaller even after getting a had start?
😛
...
not really I mean our only relevant competition is cingual because they run off GSM.... oops you had to merge with at&t to even compete LOL.... and nextel because they run off GSM...OOPS! they had to merge with sprint becaue they suck completely.....
We may be reaping what we sew for not merging but hey progression only takes time and we want to be able to stand on our own and become a distinguised wireless company. Even Verizon was created by a series of mergers. Don't be suprised when we are making to where we can send wifi reception into homes.... oops i said too much.... you get the point
...
We had to merge with AT&T to even compete?
Eh, not really. Even pre-merger Cingular still had 10 million more customers than T-Mobile and churn rate and other metrics were still better. So no, I wouldn't say we had to merge with AT&T to compete.
Nextel does not run off of GSM either. iDen, man.
T-Mobile: Slow and...slow.
...
so how come a majority of nextel phone have sim cards. doesn't sim cards mean GSM? also show me some stats pre merger with t-mobile. Than talk. T-Mobile is newer than Cingular... so that would be expected...but eventually t-mobile WILL BE ON TOP is there cingular is europe????
...
Nextel does use SIM cards but it's not GSM. It's similer to how GSM is a form TDMA. And Cingular is a US company with US parents. If our parents were in Europe, we'd be world wide too. But if after the AT&T/Bellsouth merger is complete, AT&T is Worldwide we may be in Europe on day.
...
1. Nextel runs on iDen technology. iDen is a division of the TDMA protocol, which also uses SIM cards. So tell me, if TDMA phones use SIM cards...does that mean they are GSM? No, because they aren't. 😳
2. I'll get right on finding links for you. Cingular had 26+ million customers when they bought AT&T Wireless. T-Mobile had around 16 million.
3. No, T-Mobile will never be on top in the US market. Verizon has a current stronghold on the wireless market, Cingular holds the most marketshare, and Sprint is gaining on the Big 2 fast. Alltell is better suited competition for T-Mobile. And what in the hell does Europe have anything to do with T-Mobile USA being on top? Squat is what.
...
verizon is still cdma lol... vodaphone may buy them out lol. cinglar and sprint has plateaud you wont see them with anything groundbreaking for a while. T-Mobile is international. I don't think sprint is, nor cingular, nor verizon. Just to put it in lamen terms.. who is more inclined to grow.... a comany that is regional or a company that is world wide.......do the math.
...
More inclined to grow in the US? A homegrown company like Verizon, Cingular, or Sprint.
It's already showing. How can T-Mobile compete with the likes of the Big 3? With less than half the customers, and an even more pathetic network in comparison, they aren't going anywhere huge.
Saying T-Mobile is a better company because it is international is a pathetic cop-out. We are talking purely T-Mobile USA here.
...
Come on RUFF! let him live his little dream lol He's a T-Mo fan boy. We could understand that, right? at least he's not crazy enough to have VZW. 🙄
Question: What is all this mess about T-Mobile being "international" aren't we too? There may not Cigular in Europe. But if we go there we should as ***c (oops, sorry!) can use our phones there. As a matter of fact WE have more international roaming agreements than T-Mo.
And here's proof: (Because I tellz the Truff!) 😎

Hmmmm, not correct.
Pacific Bell Wireless launched the first commercial GSM service in Southern CA in 1998. Voicestream launched shortly thereafter but certainly not first.
...
LOL. Let him be TX. It's funny to see him make a fool of himself in here. 🙄
...
Yeah, you know it just pains me to see others with so much ignorance.
...
AMEN TO THAT! DUDE IS REAL PATHETIC 🤣
...
And if you started GSM in the US. Why is it that here in NC our GSM network has been live since 1996, and T-mobile has NO, that's right N-O network in North Carolina whatsoever! Bellsouth Mobility DCS went live in 1996 and is now part of Cingular. Dude, have you read any of your history? 🤣
...
lol never said that i said we have more international capable phone.... so how about you moonlight as a pre-op t.s.? furthermore i just put that up to see how quick id get a response. cingular is cool but not better than t-mobile. i should atleast qualify as a treasure troll 😉
...
t-mobile added abotu 2+ i think and revenue in profit is nly second to verizon....
...
What are you talking about? 2+ what?
...
okay I stand corrected on the 2+ I was thinking Q4 2005 but here are the stats on us
As per the story from MSN Money's Business Wire...
-- Over 1 million net new customers added in Q1 2006
-- $1.1 billion in Operating Income Before Depreciation and Amortization (OIBDA) in Q1 2006, a 34% increase over Q1 2005
-- Reduction in postpay churn to 2.1%, from 2.3% in the fourth quarter of 2005
-- T-Mobile achieves top ranking in four separate J.D. Power and Associates surveys
-- Continued investment in network quality -- 3,700 new cell sites on air over the past 12 months
In the first quarter of 2006 T-Mobile USA added 1.04 million net new customers, up from 957,000 in the first quarter of 2005, and lower than the 1.39...
(continues)
...
T-Mobile has never come close to the 2 million mark.
Not this quarter, not Q4 2005. Not ever.
And none of the numbers in that release are groundbreaking. Shall we compare them to Cingular or Verizon?
...
dude quarter 4 2005 are you serious. Lol we will let you think that
...
Do I need to go back and find the link to a release for you.
T-Mobile has NEVER come close to 2 million.
T-Mobile added 1.4 million new customers in Q4 2005. That's not exactly groundbreaking when companies like Verizon and Cingular have been pulling off 1.7-1.9 million new customers per quarter regularly. Verizon and Sprint each actually had quarters that broke the 2 million mark.

...
Are you lost, or just jealous.....
...
hey its good to be king!
...
I couldnt agree more... 😉
...
while I am not the biggest cingular fan I have to say that this Tmobilerep guy is an idiot, and therefore what he says cannot be taken with any value.
...
👀 lol man look before you go judging me make sure you have the facts straight I have the benefit of having nfo from the horses mouth sometimes too much or which i shouldnt say. for example how our V195 will be released June 5th. We have the most exclusive phones, most quad capable phone and we are growing. Our revenue and growth is only second to verizon and the only thing i'd say we can improve on is coverage. But aren't we the only wireless company to pinpoint coverage? We are like nintendo, innovators, liek they were with the shoulder buttons and rumble feature... we are with phones, customized service that benefits customers needs, and cool features. For examples the sidekick and Callertunes... So value maybe opinion based but I...

Die in a fire troll 😁
...
What is the point of this comment? To start an argument. Don't you have anything better to do?
...
dcaMay 31, 2006, 12:23 PM
Not that I'm a proponent of either carrier BUT!!!
TMo is for the crowd that wants the best deal -but the crowd that's the first to complain about crappy coverage, free phones for being "good" customers, and mostly kids...
How's that for starting a flame war???

He's a T-mobile rep. He has no customers. He has to make fun of those who do have customers.
...
just b.s.ing to say the least if you would of read.... just to see how fast i get a response
...
personally if I was a T-mo rep I wouldn't tell anybody. There is only one kind of pink I like
...
i think its funny that your name is USCINGULAR
2 reasons why....
#1 customers come in to the store ALL the time and ask " ummm is this US CINGULAR?" There is no us cingular this is US CELLULAR!
#2 ha you spelt cingular wrong
you prolly work there too and thats sad
...
you spelled my log in name wrong
but you had it some what right
my name is a combination of bad literacy skills by customers
us cellular-cingular(the cell phone company)& Cingulair(the asthma company)
they come in boasting that they have been with uscingulair for years and they want a free phone....damn retards
...
hahaha THATS SO FUNNY!!! 🤣 🤣 so we're not the only ones that get customers like that
...
stupidy is world wide
...
lol and if you new what you were talking about it is magenta lol doesn't verizon have a pink razr lol. Subtle but obvious difference. Plus I dont wear anything pink, I don't work in the store.
...
its sas it took 3 and a half hours to get a response but suprising what a debate it has becaome 🤣
