Cannot send pics/videos from my email(hotmail or gmail)?
Tonight I tried sending a pic from my e-mail account to mynumber@vzwpix.com and I kept getting a Delivery Failure notice, it was not going through. (All pictures I tried were small enough in size, and even tried to resend some of the same things I have sent before successfully to see if I was accidentally doing something wrong, but even the ones that have worked before were not working this time)
I have done this for a long time and it always works like a charm, but tonight it would not work at all. Anyone have any ideas or have had this problem?
Just for fun a I sent a text from my gmail account to mynumber@vtext.com just to test that, and it worked fine. I also sent a pic from my phone TO my gmail account, and that worked fine also....

It is a known issue currently. Verizon Wireless has had a large issue with spam in the last few months and a lot of pics have been blocked from email accounts. I have been told two things.
1. Keep trying and it may just go through eventually.
2. This should be fixed within the next couple of weeks with some enhancements to v-text.

you can also try going to www.vzwpix.com and saving your picture on there. once saved you can send it to your mobile number without issue, this is a free service (except for the cost of receiving the picture on your handset)
