Since it even says in the VZW document that the 8350's launch is dependent on the LG 8300 stock being depleted, my question to store owners or reps is, how much 8300 stock do you have left?
And about how much longer will it be before you think you'll be sold out of 8300s?

wow, pretty sure someone's gonna get fired for releasing that. I didn't even see that on infomanager so it propbably came from a little higher up. wouldn't wanna be that guy.
in answer to your question, i won't give specifics (cause i don't have em) but I've been getting about 100 8300s a week for a couple months, this was the first week we didn't get any. I think either they're running low or thr bogo promo is going away.
on a side note, i think this phone is going to be a big let down. it is literally a cosmetic change, and if they jacked with the reception or battery life they would have ruined an awesome phone.

Well the 8300 was a cosmetic change from the 8100 sans change from MINI to MicroSD. I am a little worried about the smaller speakers. A lot of my customers loved how loud the thing was.

Well, the guys at HoFo seem to be getting away with it so far. This is far from the first leak from there, they also put out some great Moto Q9m stuff before the fact, RAZR2 stuff, etc. etc.
In fact, most of the good leaks we see (PhoneArena's 'VZW's 15 Unannounced Phones' article) seem to get their info from there. I sometimes wonder if some of the leaks are officially sanctioned, in order to get buzz going and tide over the high-end/more informed users during phone 'dry spells'.

Well I went to order yesterday and there were none available to order. Today they are back again. Not sure if they got another shipment in from LG or what.

i sold 9 in the past 2 days! But just got another shipment, and the it looks like the warehouse i go through will have many for a long time! But that is fine with me, the 8300 is a proven phone.

I too have a fear that the 8350 won't be as nice as the 8300.
I still feel like the 8100 was the best. I loved that phone. But that may be because I live in an area where having VZW is like having a landline phone. Sms on the outside screen was outstanding.

I loved the 8100 to, 8000 was better even though it was huge. I was really skeptical about the 8300 when it first came out, but its proved to be one of the best in years.

Shock I believe that this is in the wrong forum. Since it is a newer version of the lg vx-8300 it would be better served in that forum. Plus this phone is not out yet so it can't be directly related to verizon as there has been nothing official released yet. So putting this in the Verizon forum is just wrong.

Far as this forum goes, well, as it is a VZW forum, and VZW phones are constantly discussed here, so I believe it's ok to talk about it... the pre-release doc has already been leaked. Also, did you not notice all the Q9m or RAZR2 threads that've been here in recent weeks? Those phones were discussed prior to release, as have been the alleged VZW Prada, any number of upcoming Blackberries, upcoming Treos, upcoming UT Starcom XV 6800, upcoming Samsung i760, upcoming...
