Fine, well you know what they say about opinions there like "%#@*%$~", everybody has one. Yall make yours, and everything is peaches & cream. I say mine & a hammer drops. Being a csr for any wireless company, or any company period has it's ups & downs. All people make mistakes, though some are more avoidable than others. I made one wrong statement about bogo's and I get dis-credited here. I made my apologies for that mis-information like 3 times. And like I also have said, the most important thing to me in my job is to help the cust. If I give bad information during a call, & then realize after the fact, I always call the cust. back, apologize and give them the correct info, "always".
