T-Mobile worst in Cust Service/ Hello VZW

I cant believe how I was treated with T-mo yesterday. They now have the worst cust service reps and Mgrs of all wireless providers. I received my bill last month and had a massive overage charge for my one line of almost 300.00 dollars, this was my fault not T-Mo's, I paid the bill and called T-mo and increased my plan to 5000 Min from 2500. This month I received my bill and had another massive overage charge this time my bill was 500.00, I called T-mo thinking this was there mistake and they would take care of the overage, NO THEY PRETTY MUCH CALLED ME A LIAR, they claimed to have no record of my calling last month and changing my plan and therefore they could do nothing for me!! I spoke to a Mgr who told me the same thing!! He said that wh...

I think verizon is great with customer service. Its one of the main reasons I have stayed with them and have gotten family & friends to switch to verizon.

They have always been helpful and have never given me a hard time with giving me any kind of credits.

I have had good luck with Verizon customer service, but I found that signing up for My Accounts on the Verizon web page and using the web to make changes to my plans, add/remove features, ordering new phones, etc; and to keep track of voice and text usage has been invaluable. I rarely need to speak with anyone at Verizon and when I make a change I know it goes through.

Stick with a landline, and you'll never go wrong. Have a prepaid wireless phone for emergencies, or for 5 mintues a week regular usage on top of having a landline and you'll never complain again.

Well funny thing is that Verizon opened a new main call center in a city where t-mobile has there main customer service center and offered about .50 more an hr and of course dummy's fell for it and you are probably talking to the same representives that you once did with t-mobile because when t-mobile fires them they go and work for Verizon or leave for .50 more. 😉

No, not anymore. T-Mo has their employees sign a contract indicating that they will not work for a competitor for at least a year. T-Mo stopped enforcing it, but when Verizon started recruiting in front of T-Mo's buildings, they began enforcing it again and went after Verizon. Verizon will now not hire a former T-Mo ...

yea, that is true but most people that worked for t-mobile and wanted to go over to that Verizon call center already did at that point anyway.

i have heard countless stories like this from all of the carriers, and yes including T-mobile but deffently not excluding VZW.
Sometimes i have CSR that will bend over backwards and sometimes they won't move a muscle but when that happens i hang up and call again! the grass is always greener on the otherside.

Yeah. They can be rude, but any company is capable of that. I'm with Verizon because of Cingular's rudeness; but believe me, Verizon reps can be s.o.b.'s too. I only Stay with them because of 1. the reception and 2. because they gave me a 700w after 3 failed Q's in a 5 day period.
