Phones that can handle two phone lines...anyone know?
Does anyone out there know which, if any, current verizon phones support mutiple phone lines? I would prefer a PDA type phone.

Nextel...you can get an alternate line plan...
Correct. All wireless providers have this capability. All (but Nextel to my knowledge) lock up that feature though. What do you need 2 phone lines on one phone for?
Just kidding.
The real application is someone works for ABC company and ABC company provides the person a phone but says it must be used ONLY for business calls. This alternate allows a customer to sign up a personal line (with the permission of ABC company).
Or you may have a businessman that has two different businesses. He uses two different contact numbers so when he sees the call coming in he can know which line and hence which company, therefor he can answer the call with the right business name...
They mandate that NAM 1 must have a National plan (America's Choice) and NAM2 must be on a Local plan (Local Digital Choice).
Don't ask me why, I don't know. But it can be done (seems a waste to me as you'll be paying a minimum $80/mo before taxes).
