sick of VZW might switch back to Cingular
Did you have a motorola v60 or t700 series? If so then that is your issue right there. Moto made those phones POORLY. Most VZW direct stores will fix/replace motos without an issue.
Keep in mind that the VZW phones RETAIL cost run from $200 and up easily. If we gave away free/replacement phones every 6 months, we would go out of business. Sure that phone you got last year only cost you $50 BUT it cost VZW $200-$400 to purchase it. On the average customer, VZW pays off a discounted phone in the first 3-6 months of an agreement. Thats at a $40 rate plan being the average. No I won't disclose...

However, you have to way out your options, and if that means you have to go to a "lesser" carrier (and I only say lesser because you implied that, not because I agree with it) then so be it. I use AT&T Wireless, which a lot of people seem to dislike at the moment. But for me, I don't have issues with billing, I don't have issues with Cust Serv, and I don't have any issues with Coverage/Signal/Dropped Calls/etc. So even though VZW might be "better" to me it's only a difference in price, one I'm not willi...

Sick of VZW I don't like their upgrade policy. I don't like the fact that you have to wait 2 years to upgrade to a new phone.I've had VZW for almost 2 years now and for the last 2 months I haven't had a phone.I already paid over $400.00 for new phones. All the phones that VZW has are cheap and I'm sick of charging my phone everyday.Other than that VZW has awesome coverage and customer service. At least with Cingular I can upgrade my phone every 6 months. And you can also find GSM phones cheaper on the web than CDMA phones.
Good Bye! oh! keep thinking that Cingular will give you a new phone every 6 month... make sure you check into that b4 you switch! you might have another disappointment lol ...

B) You never state anything about the handset insurance leading me to the conclusion you don't have it. This is offered at the time of purchase on all handsets and the cust either accepts or declines. For $3.99 a month not having handset insurance is foolish considering as was stated earlier a new handset can run from $120.00 for a basic handset to in excess of $800.00 if you have a PDA phone. Sorry to go off topic, but is there a list of which states are covered by which?
Since I'm moving, is that something I'd have to worry about?
Assurion: Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kansas City, All of The Great plains(ND SD KA NE) and Western PA and WV
Lockline: Indiana, Illinois, St. Louis, Central PA
