I doubt in this case they are trying to learn more about the company. Customers just want to know phones, prices, and coverage. Does it really matter if the rep knows what cdma stands for if they know the product and services or does that make them a bad sales rep?

haha I love when people don't realize how much we really make. I have averaged about 70000 per year for the last four years. the truth of the matter is that if you have the ability to talk to people and deal with retards, idiots, and jerks you can actually make a lot of money selling phones.

That may be true now with Sprint, but one of my son's has Sprint and he pays extra for his nights to start at 7pm.. Thinking it is like $5.00/month.. He is on his own acct and over 18 yrs so not sure but I know his bills are high ever month.. (Took him off my vzw plan, sometimes one needs to learn responsibilty!)
