ported all 5 of my lines to another company!
Verizon is a great company, however when they told me I had to sign a new 2 year agreement to get to a plan that I wouldn't get $500 a month in overages I decided I was going to sign a new agreement just with another carrier!
No more limited bluetooth
No more crappy UI
No more $700 phone bills
No more limited selection of phones! (if it's unlocked I can get it 😁 )
$118.50 UNLIMITED EVERYTHING 2 phones yea baby! The other 3 I put on a small national plan because they really don't use that many minutes!
Wish me luck guys!

No Cell One they really work great in my area. I just hope I did they right thing! It just made me so mad that they were going to force me to extend my contract even I have been with for 5 years and very rarely see a bill under $300! The new g'zone still isn't out is it?

brings back memories that is all, not dogging on them or anything they were just a funny company to work for and by funny i mean horrible. If service is good in your area you can't beat ther prices but speaking in a large scale national coverage 90% of it is extended netowrk that can cause a few headaches for ya. Are the unlimited plans still local coverage only?

pa and they really have done a great job expanding coverage and building new towers! In my area the compare to Vzw coverage and may be a little better nationally they roam on cingular so your getting the 2nd best network! I guess it was just time for a change

They work really well in PA from what I remember. I would have to agree with yeahright that they were funny to work for. You could always get some great plans through them. I remember giving everybody double minutes because I felt like it. That was nice. Unlim everything sounds like a good deal. good luck

So in essence all that money that they would have paid you for the comission they gave it out to the customers in the form of free minutes and accessories. Gotta love Big Business

Actually, I was pretty sure they would require me to sign a new 2 year contract. I just wasn't willing to sign it! I guess bascially it had to do with my entitlement mentality. I have been a customer for 5 years spend alot of money with them and I need to change my plan to better fit my needs My first line of service wasn't out of contract until 12/07 so if they wanted to keep me as a customer (and my 5 lines $300 a month) they would allow me to change my rate plan to one that better fits my needs without a new contract they said no and instead of coming on here whining about how bad they suck and it was all the CSR fault I simply but my money where my mouth was and switched so now I don't have to spend hours upon hours bitching about the fa...

So instead of signing a contract you paid a few hundred in ETFs and signed a contract? I don't get it, but if it works for you, great.
