Grins slightly~~ I am an outsource vender dearest, and i would like to say that we do a good job, but i have to do to much clean up for other CSR to do that. The wonderful land of escalations. So I can imagine what kind of clean up you have to do.

Honestly there are lot of good sales reps here, though there are alot of the ones that froggy talks about that need to stop trying to work the system to fill their pocket. We here have a unwritten list of names of reps that if we get a call and see their name on the order we know its going to be a problem. I've been cleaning up their "stuff" for the past two years... I know better then anyone what kinda stuff that sales reps put out.

I can say there are a handful around me, my thing is the CSR here have no insentive for doing something they shouldn't they are just choosing to not do there job. But those are few and far between two, they are just the people that get under my skin, I think mainly it is due to most people being new, with the turn over rate within call centers being as high as it is.

This is the problem with dealing with human beings. They cannot be as perfect as I am... Thats why I'm a fox 😛 😈

exactly prefection is a beautiful thing, though meer human cannot accomplish such goals...Me I chooes to be the Goddess herself, if I can go to the top why not all the way 😉 😎

you get used to it after awhile, it is not so much responsiblity just killing off people that piss you off 😉
