To keep this on topic, think very hard before getting a phone from best buy. As, after the 15 days, you don't need to waste your time going to best buy for anything, as they will tell you they can't do anything for you. You will not have customer service thru best buy after the 15 day WFG that verizon has. Don't find out the hard way, I know the price will look good, but, in this case, I gurantee you that you will get what you pay for if you need assistance after the sale.
If anything, its the opposite of what you are all saying. Bestbuy doesn't rip me off, is helpful during and after the sale and doesn't treat me like dollar sign.

They gave me a follow up call, not to sell me things, but to answer my questions. They didn't pressure me to buy stuff or the service plans, they just let me know how they were helpful.

You forget many people are not cell savvy nor can they read a manual. The need their hands held by corporate sales hands and pay dearly for it.
I buy all mu phones unlocked and unbranded offline I don't expect AT...

I have expierence with them, and I am telling buy at your own risk. Even buying any electronics, buy what you really want, because
these people who work have no idea what they sell and how it works. And the 'geek squad' is a joke.
