Indirect agents only please.....

Do you use eROES for one? and Are you having trouble accessing the site or information doesn't populate and you have to re-enter all the information again?

Could you also include your location when replying?

Thanks....

Yes! Ever since they swithed to Fastpath we've been having some problems. Hope they found out what it is and they fix it because it takes up a lot of our customer's time!

I have been having issues with my computer freezing while in Fastpath, so I always end up going into In Progress to complete orders. I am also hoping that the bugs will get worked out before our "old" system goes away. I will be sad that day 😢

My "old system" went away weeks ago, now all we have left is Fastpath. They keep telling me how much better it is then the old way but it never works right 🙄

We have had nothing but problems with Stupid EROS! Fast path won't populate, and we get errors alot. an activation that should only take a few min, can take 30 min! its ridiculous.
Your not alone

Yeah I think the old eROES was better but I have really not had much of a problem with Fastpath since they took away the old eROES. It sucks but oh well its better than I2K

I think something was wrong with the old way on their end that they don't want us to know about or some glitch that could be hacked or something, cause there was really nothing wrong with it from what i could see very easy to use few mistakes. Haven't they ever heard the phrase don't fix what's not broken.

I think they had to fix and convert with the current I2K to VISION Conversions. I don't know, but it's just a guess. Either way, It's working out a lot better for us at our locations.

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 Have fun, i hope it works better than it did here when they first released it. I wish they would just stick with one, everytime they work all the bugs out and we get used to one they come out with some clusterf&*k of a new system to give us all a giant migrane. I have no problems with the new system but when running multi line upgrades or price plan changes we get some crazy errors every now and then, especially on older rate plans. Good luck

I hear you...we had one issue already...ESN change..It wanted us to change the end date of the contract....did one after that and went just fine...LOL...

Oh well...we can't do anything about unless they give us some other option to use...which right now they won't.. 😳

I am at gowireless and man I have the hardest time with EROES Fastpath, multi line upgrades will not work you have to do them individually, it took me an hour and half yesterday to do two upgrades on the same account and that was with the Eroes cust. ser. doing one line while I did the other. It sucks!!!!!! DON'T FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKEN. 👿

I am in the IL/WI market. We lost "SlowPath" quite a few weeks ago. Ever since they got rid of the old system, everything has been working 100x better. FastPath sucked bigtime until they got rid of the old one. Now we love it!
