I was wondering how much insurance is and like if my phone "breaks" the next day it's covered right and do I get a new phone if it doesn't work and how much is the insurance? Because I have an LG VX8100 and it's scrateched up and i have a differenct antenna and faceplate and I want the original but mine are scrateced so I would like a new 8100?!?

no. not happening. you can add insurance the first 15 days of your contract. they aren't new ones that are sent, they are refurbished. the new faceplate and antenna void your warrenty so you won't get it that way. crash your car and claim it as damage to your car insurance, or burn the house down and claim it there. those are two viable options.
