half the old stuff is in only partially functional states now... âšī¸ it really sucks...
I had faith in the system for the first 3 things I tried to do. I have since filed 9 NINE support tickets with eroes tech dept... for stupid stuff, like you can't do a plan change on primary, feature and plan change on secondary, and upgrade the third line... it chokes majorly... Yet the option is there to do all that at once... B$... I predict fastpath will be in beta till after christmas...

yes eroes blows, everytime they say they are going to update something i get chills because i know it will be months of headaches before it actually works right đ

I love that I am not the only one with issues with eRoes, however I dont have all the problems you guys describe, my major problem with it is that it is slow as balls.

My most hated all time program was "POS" when I was a Cingular agent, we knick named it "peice of ****", which fit very well. We could only process new activations, not ESN changes, upgrades or even view acconts.

anyone remember Icam, whne we switched from that to eroes it has been down hill from there and that was years ago.

Ever since the switch, I have yet to use Fast Path, and I haven't had any problems.

We get emails saying we HAVE to use fast path. Does everyone get those stupid emails??? I try to use the old way first and it repeatedly deletes everything when I hit submit. Fast path is only used as a last resort in my store and even then it only works about 5% of the time. BOO. YUCK.

The problem I am having is half the time it won't find the city when entering the zip code! I end up having to enter the aplication 5 times before it decides to work.... đŋ

I have issues such as the print contract button is greyed out. Also we can't do feature changes and things like that.
