i was in sales for vzw not care. but i did care for at&t and traing is 6 weeks. 5 of it is class 1 is on the phones live. (this is how most are) learn as much as eros and all the different systems you'll use as much as possible. thats about 3 weeks of your training.

you'll prolly use vision and i2k which rules if you get good at it. Gl in your training and don't forget to expense your mileage per week the sup's get itchy if you batch them together.

Trainers have been advised to stop training new hires in I2K. Currently ACSS is being phased out and everything will soon be converted to Vision. Which is sad, I2K is where it's at. You can do anything and everything in I2K ... Vision is slow and i hope it burns. 🤣
