phone promotional price question
i know i'm eligable for promotional pricing when i sign a new contract or my contract is up. lets say i'm in the middle of my contract. can i sign a contract (2 years) for a new plan that currently available and get promotional (2 year) pricing on phones?

No unfortunately this is not the way it works you can ONLY get the promotional pricing when you do your ne2 or when you start new. If ppl could just "resign" a new 2 yr agreement and get a phone at promo price you would have ppol resigning contracts every month LOL. As it is ppl pay full retail for the newest phones haha. If they could all get promo price, it would be havoc.

You can do an early upgrade as long as your price plan is 79.99 or higher and has been for the last 3 months and you haven't received any discounts for new equipment in the last 12 months. You must also be willing to sign a new 2 year agreement which would push your new every 2 date out 22 months. This would be for promotional pricing not ne2.
