All cause the coverage checker/map shows that there is service, other factors affect that. The checker does not include landscape, such as trees,mountains,hills,buildings..etc. It shows a broad range of service w/o counting in those factors.

?how about my patio in a new complex with baby trees less than 5ft tall ten feet away from the street showing moderate coverage. I am not talking like 100 feet from the street behind a pine forest in my basement here. I am telling you that thing is cool, but not as accurate as you think.

Told you that v325 was teh sh*t. Trust me your gonna love that phone and Verizon service, I been w Verizon for 7 years (2 years with sprint before that, nothing against them, they just did not work in my area) and have been selling phones for Verizon for 1 year on May 23rd. Good luck man, and if you ever have any Q's or wat not post here, and I will help you out or you can e-mail me, its under my Profile.
