I've had Verizon for about 2yrs now, so im not really new to the company, but i am new to the company as far as selling it, i just now was offered a position as a corporate employee, (sales) and so far ive worked for Sprint/Nextel, T-mobile, Cingular, and Verizon (indirect dealer & Radio Shack), but anyways i just wanted to know the difference between working at a corporate kiosk inside a mall, working at a corporate store, and working at circuit city??? as far as pay/ opportunities/ quotas/ and stress/customer service i...

Okie Ricardo - working at Circuit city corp store are less stress than working at a communication store - as far as working at a kisok - should be the same treatment as compared to working in circuit city - and plus your quota is lower than the store..hope this helps alittle bit

I have now been a sales rep for an Indirect agent for almost a year. Selling Verizon can't be much different that selling other companies, excetp easier since its the best (HAHA). I personally work in a Mall Kiosk, which is totally different from working at a store or a Main Verizon Retail Location, as ppl who walk into a Cell phone store either have questiosn or are going to buy CELL phone stuff (phones accessories, number switches esn changes etc)

When you work at the mall, everyone is coming to hang out or get clothes or see some event, hardly ever do ppl come to the Mall to just buy a phone or accessories or to take care of something. Thus its a lot harder IMHO to make good commission off of it working in the mall, but I have alway...

I've worked in every environment possible, I've worked at different kinda stores, and i've worked at a kiosk before, and i pretty much know what to expect, however i've never had to work for a corporate store and meet quotas, so i kinda wanted to know what the difference was in corporate stores. I'm pretty sure i'll meet all my quotas, cause if someone else can do it im sure i can to! But i guess what my question is, what are the quota differences between a corporate kiosk, corporate store, and circuit city, and generally who makes more money??? who has to take more crap from customers??? And things like that...

Hmmm.....well I do not know exact numbers, but from what I have heard, your quota at Corporate Verizon is 110% data, 150% accessories, and at least 60+ brand new acts a month.

How do you reach 110% data? Its actually not that hard. If you sell a V-Cast phone, don't even tell a customer its an add on, just tell them its a V-Cast phone so it automatically comes with V-Cast free for the first month. Then add a text package or a ring back tone, or roadside assistance. I average 180% on data at my store, cuz every phone I sell has at least 1, and if its a camera/V-Cast phone I usually get 2-4 data packages on there. It's not that hard. As far as accessories, you just gott make sure ppl get the 3 pc kits with their phones, and then just s...
