I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I received a call from a number that showed up as unavailable, I answered, there was a beep & I hung up. I checked the call history & it showed up as 0. I'm aware of caller-id spoofing services but they must still use 10 digits. I called CS and they in turn called a supervisor from a tech group, who conferenced in someone oncall, we spoke briefly & they said they'd do some checking and call me back. After about 2 hours he calls me back & says that their logs "are puzzling" & they were unable to locate where the call came in to them from but also that it appeared to have been placed directly from a switch...
