ok. i HAD A CUSTOMER CALL IN FOR ESCALATED ISSUE DUE TO CUSTOMER WANTED TO HAVE INV. CREDITED FOR PRORATES NEVER EXPLAINED .. WHICH IS A BIG THING FOR CUSTOMER'S TO DO. AS I LOOK IN THE CUSTOMER PPLAN HISTORY I SEE THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR PPLAN 11 TIMES IN 2 YEARS AND NOT ONE OF THEM BEING THEIR BILL CYCLE DATE. I DENIED THE CREDIT AND THEN CUSTOMER WANTED SUPERVISOR. i TRANSFERRED OVER OT ONE OF OUR SUPERVISORS AND EXPLAINED THAT THE CUSTOMER DOES UNDERSTAND PRORATES BUT THIS SPECIFIC INV. THEY USED 245 PK MINS OVER WHAT THEY WERE ALLOWED. CUSTOMER WAS DENIED BY SUP AS WELL DUE TO ME EXPLAINING THE SITUATION.

Signed : Cory Escalation Specialist from Verizon Wireless Call Center in Niagara Falls ,NY

You sound angry and kinda mean. I would want a credit if I went over my minutes--it is quite obvious to all of you by now to know that I am not responsible for any of my actions, vzw is. I go over my minutes all the time and if i call back enough times and whine a lot i can get a rep who will credit me all or most of it

Unfortunately not me. 😲 If somebody else wants to, go ahead, but not me. You go over your minutes 😳 you pay for them. We provide for service, you pay for service, you go over, you pay those. 😢

i agree, if a customer goes over there min they have to pay. they want someone to babysit them. you would not belive now many cusomters want to blame the system and not take resonsibility for their actions no matter what the situation in any business.

I as a New Verizon Customer, and new to Cell Phones blew the minutes badly 4 years ago. The bill was painful, very painful, but by gosh I sure read the fine print and understood all the terms and conditions after that. So don't talk to a recruiter with out reading the fine print or you could end up joining the U.S. Marines. 🤣
