I asked the employee today when the LG vx7000 will be out.
...his response...

"I've never even heard of that phone..."

Gotta love that customer service

You're asking the wrong people. Check the manufacturer's website first always, they do make the phones after all. (Think of it this way, does your Cable company reps know what new TV's are coming out all the time.) I personally try to stay on top of the game with new releases, but to some, VZW Sales(store reps are salesmen, not cust serv) is just a job. Sadly I have to correct the bastards' point of sale errors every day and then fill out forms to take away their commission. BTW, if you ever get poor cust service in a VZW store the by all means, take the reps business card, call us up at 800-922-0204 or 611 from your mobile phone, and tell us. We have a form we can fill out about that rep and they do get disciplined. I have personally...

thanks for the info ... i wish i had it about 3 months ago on a bad trip to the verizon store. I LOVE my service i've had for about 5 yrs, but one bad egg in the store really peeved me one time.
anyway ... i'll check the LG website for the phone. thanks.

👿 Voicing your frustrations about what may go on in a store or mistakes that may have been caused by a rep that YOU have to fix is one thing...but to verbally bash a fellow employee is against the Code of Business Conduct. NO matter what portion of VZW you work for we are still ALL are employed by the same company. I hope for your sake you take the time to read the Code of Business Conduct again...sales reps are NOT the only ones making mistakes. We are after all only human, and I'm sure you are no perfect angel yourself!
