The 6255i is listed as a phone that has been released for verizon but it is not on the verizon website and not in the stores. Why is it this way? Will this be the same for the nokia 6235i? because i'm interested in buying one of the two. I don't understand why they would carry these phones and not sell them in the stores 😕

Go to radioshack.com and do a search on the site for 6256i. Certain RS stores will carry it, some will not. A friend of mine got his at one particular store on Friday for $99.99. As to why the Verizon company stores refuse to carry it directly, my only guess is that they're being paid NOT to have it by the other manufacturers. Certainly there is the demand for it. Bet you a dollar they'll have the RA...

agents are going to get bent over and screwed out of the razor release for christmas so they are letting us have the nokias. What a crappy trade off in my opinion.

The sad thang is that the 6256i is probably the better overall phone, but yeah the CRAZR (CDMA RAZR) will far outsell it.

Too bad that peeps jus' don' know.. my Noke's got sound quality an' reception in spades. But the CRAZR's got the eye candy.
