verizon wireless is deceptive
On July 23, 2015 my Samsung Galaxy S4 is failing, so I go to the Dover, DE store and discuss with them the problem. My options are to get a $99.99 replacement or upgrade. So I look at the upgrades, the salesperson suggest the Note 4. I think about it and agree to buy this model. On August 14, I see that Samsung just released the Note 5, so I go back to the store, they say sorry, your out of your 14 day window. I say no one in the store told that a month later the new model is coming out. Sorry we don't know that. Of course all the new signage and literature is available, so how long does it take to prepare for a new model. This is not a fair company to deal with.

I never worked for Verizon corporate, but over 10 Years in the indirect channel.
We were not allowed to talk, hint at, or even mention upcoming phones.
The literature usually arrived the Day of the new release.
