I have Cinguar for now

As a Cingular customer I find very troubling to go into the Cingular forum to find all the Cingular rep constantly putting down the customer and talking about how they are so stupid and some of them even joke about how they would like to just kill all there customers. Well I have found that the Cungualr forum is the only ones who do this, you just about never see this in the other forums. And Cingular wonders why they rank so poor in customer satisfaction.I will be switching soon to either Nextel or Verizon 😉

hay im a cingular representitive and while im not 100 precent inocent on the whole complaining customer thing i aggree with you we do just bitch about there job....

I've wanted to bitch slap some cutomers but not kill them. Who would pay their bill if they were dead. And I don't like doing bill name changes.

Stephen I think that you have gotten the wrong impression. Sometimes us reps blow off steam in the forum. I think overall we like our jobs just a lot going on right now a lot of change in customer service a lot of reps are being forced out and managers being removed.

I don't think they realize that Cingular reps are not able to access any other forums other than the Cingular forum from their work computers, so therefore they do not understand the venting.

I'm saying that the Cingular reps that I know cannot access anything but the carrier and phone forums. They can't access the lounge or shop talk forums where the venting should occur, so therefore they vent in the Cingular forum.

Very easy....Corporate restrictions on web addresses. They can easily block out any website, or portion thereof, that they do not wish for their employees to access. Any corporation or individual can do this with the appropriate software.

I don't know....A couple of Cingy reps that I know say that they can't access all of them from work. I don't work for any wireless carrier, so I am just stating what I am told.

This guy added a line of service and thought there wasn't a contract then found out there was. Since then he just complains on a forum instead of doing anything about it.

I had a customer yesterday who wanted to cancel his service because he said he got the second line for a present for someone and they didn't want it. Only problem is-he was 25 days into service and about 1300 minutes into his plan, so after I made my save attempts, he got quite nasty with me saying it's not a matter of what he wants or doesn't want, it's a matter of him telling me what to do and I better do it. So I said ok..let him know that if he cancels there's an early termination fee, etc...guy flew out the roof he said that the sales rep crossed out on his contract and wrote in 30 days just for him and not 14 days (buyers remorse).

When I looked into the activation, it was a corporate rep, at a corporate retail store, so I called a...
