A suggestion for Verizon...
First, I would like to suggest that Verizon add a feature that AT&T has had for a while. When you dial 411 and request a number, the number is automatically texted to your phone with the option to save it to your phonebook (in addition to being connected to the number). This just seems like a practical thing to do.
Does anyone else have any suggestions for Verizon? Most companies spend lots of time and money for customer feedback. I am sure that Verizon would appreciate some good feedback here.

Verizon already does this. If you request it of the operator, they can send it to your phone as a text message. You can also get up to three listings per phone call to 411, all of which can be texted to your phone.

Or, instead of the sheer laziness of calling 411, and to save the money, you could go on your mobile web and use superpages to locate your number and call it directly from the listing on superpages. That way it is in your recent calls list and you can save it at any time you like.

Plus it also saves you the trouble of being charged per call. (What is it? Like 1.50? I know once a month ain't bad, but being a Cing CSR, I've seen a few 411 fiends rack up their bill a dollar).
