I wanted to let everyone who is still with VZW that if you call and demand a credit that they will have to provide it to you, every account is allowed one courtsey credit a year. So every one should take advantage of it.
Also, ask them what they are doing with the .35 cent surcharge that they are putting on every line, they have approx. 90 million customers and they charge every line this money that they pocket 90,000,000 @.35= 315,000,000.00 that they are stealing from their customers.
This company is a bunch of theives, nothing more.

I don't have a .35 surcharge on my account.

I don't have a .35 charge. You might want to use calculator and check your numbers instead of using your brain power.

90M @ $0.35 = 31.5M

Hey! Never let the facts interfere with a nice rant! 🤣

Yeah, I instantly caught the bad math too. Wish I read all the posts before I decided to make my post.
The .35 cents must be the dummy surcharge ;)

or the semi-literate surcharge (surprised no one else commented on "INTERGITY").

As a staunch Verizon hater, I do not wish to discourage posts which attack Verizon or which make me giggle uncontrollably.

Speaking of which... I really miss that kid who was telling customers how to get around the $9.99 data plan. You Verizon guys sure put the fear of McAdams in him. Boy!

Come into my store all you want, we don't give credits unless they're necessary. I don't just give you a credit because you think policy says so.

He had to have dealt with an old school rep at a call center to receive that nonsense. They once trained that way, but that was before Alltel took over. If they keep that up they will find only an AD will have credit authority.

Everybody has something to complain about. If you're only complaining about $0.35 you're pretty picky.
Stop signing contracts- then feel free to complain.

You added 1 too many "0's" at the end of your calculation there.... lol
.35 x 90,000,000 = 31,500,000 NOT 315,000,000
That extra 0 makes a big difference.
