Hopefully someone can explain this to me. When I go in to My Account to change a phone I am prompted to add a 250 message bundle or else pay $.20 for each message. This is all fine and good except I am already on the Nationwide Talk N Text. In my features it shows unlimited text and mms. Why am I prompted to add this feature? 😕

It comes from creating a standardized shopping cart experience for over 90 million potential users. If you're on the Talk and Text plan, the system won't allow another messaging plan on there. If it were to happen (about the same chance that Verizon will have the iPhone tomorrow), it's an easy fix. If someone's really paranoid about it, they can simply follow up with customer care after the new phone is received and activated. It's not like it would cause a rip in the time-space continuum or anything.
