Motorola Devour - Getting it early?
Any other agents getting theirs early (this week) instead of waiting until March?

All indirects should have it by the 25th. The Casio Brigade should launch in store the 25th also. The devour will not come to corporate stores til mid march.

Indirects don't get phones auto-shipped to them. They do have to place the order and ownership has to decide whether or not to order them early.

Sorry, I know you don't get phones auto shipped to you, I meant to say that the phone will be available at indirects on the 25th weeks before it comes to a corporate store.

I will probably order at least one to keep in stock when they come available. I didn't see them today. Our account manager said they should be available either this evening or tomorrow morning but the WOW site said on the 25th...

That's where mine come from, but we're set up through our main office for auto ship so if we sell one it's replinished..which is nice. They went out Friday..and I got half the shipment yesterday of what else was coming and the rest should be here in the morning ready for launch. 🙂

The same article also mentioned that Best Buy is selling the Droid for only $99, which is less than the $149 that Vzn corporate stores are selling it for.

It got pushed back to March 11th. A few lucky people were able to order it on the website when it came out on the first release date, but it was quickly pulled. Some agents also ordered them and got stock because they were available on the ordering site one afternoon but gone the next day.
