30 day return?

I had a Blackberry Tour and had to return it. Just terrible connection issues. They claimed it to be defective and I didn't have to pay any restocking fee.

Now, I am considering the Storm 2 or the Motorola Droid. IF I pick one of them and don't like it, would I still be able to exchange the phone within the 30 days or was that one time the only chance I get ?

you get one exchange in the 30 day window (typically) check with the rep before you buy.

Granted, I only messed around with a Storm2 when I was activating it for customers, but I was a Tour user, and if you are buying the phone for business, you might want to stick with the blackberries, just because they are still the heavyweights. if you want a phone for web, get the droid. Even the new Opera browser for Blackberry can't hold a candle to the stock android one.

No, Verizon only allows you to swap a phones for a new different once.

Go with the Motorola Droid.
