Too much hype for the Droid. Other new phones are better.
I am concerned about all the Droid hype. What about the HTC Imagio and the Samsung Omnia 2?
I think they will be way better than the Droid.
I wonder why Verizon is hyping this so much?
Android phones are really for the tech boys and not the general public. I think that Verizon is making another mistake like the big hoopla over the introduction of the BB Storm.

The Droid is an amazing phone. I have seen it. And it has 2.0 Android which no one has seen yet.

I agree. Hyping any Motorola is a HUGE mistake. Is that my Silver Q or my V710 in that drawer?

It seems whatever the masses are doing, I'm going in the other direction. I happen to like Motorola. They've had some issues and, ok, some blatant failures, but I'd give them a shot.

lol, seriously. there isn't a lot of love for motorola by phonescoop users. i, on the other hand, haven't had the same horrible experience with moto in the past, so i'm not going to assume the droid will be a failure until it's proven so. i personally hope the droid proves all the naysayers wrong 😎

I totally agree, no love for Motos on Phonescoop. Other than my ZN4’s Bluetooth not playing well with my car I’ve had good experiences with Motos.
I’ve been waiting for this phone to jump on the Android band wagon and since they say it’s about as thick as the iPhone makes me even more curious.

htc imagio better then the droid? and the omnia 2? come on. if the screen is not capacitive then it wont touch the droid. or the iphone. only thing better about the omnia 2 is the oled display. and it is resistive. thats a joke.
the imagio only has the fm transmitter. and what good is 5mp with no flash??
