Congrats on the new job. The dress code is business/professional. Shirt and tie everyday you work. No polos or button ups.

I'll echo what justmarried said.

Dress shirts and tie with slacks. No cargos, no khakis, no short sleeves. Belt IS required. No sneakers - dress shoes. Verizon is one of the last wireless companies with the professional look at all times, training, work, or even just a store meeting are all done in business-professional attire.

I wear mostly white shirts these days. I have a few that are red, green, blue, striped, etc. Some of my reps wear gaudy ties, but I prefer the ones that won't poke corporate managements' eyes out. I have black, gray, and tan slacks; black and brown shoes and belts. In my area, you better not have more than a couple day's worth of facial hair unless you're growing it out and it's neatly trimmed.
