I'm currently using the 4400 and I'm eligible for an upgrade. The Audiovox 8900 looks pretty cool, as does the 4500. I'm very partial to LG phones and I'm really picky about my phones. For any of you who sell Verizon Wireless phones, rep to rep, what is the feedback that you've gotten on the 8900? I'm very sketchy about making the change because I love my 4400. I appreciate your help!

😁 I am also a fan of the VX4400. I plan to go to the VX4500 soon. I am also trying to decide if I want to change, or just stick to my 4400 until it dies.
The 8900 from what my customers have told me is a cool phone, only some software issues.

The Moto 810 is not due out until later this year. I was just talking to a Moto rep the other day. Persoally I ws not too thrilled with the phone when I was playing with it. But to each thier own.

The 4500 is a really good phone, but the only drawback is the way its shaped! But some people like it. It has a lot of cool features suck as driving mode which allows the user to talk to the phone, and give it certain demands. But, the best LG so far is still the 6000. It has style, good sound, and reception.

I really like the 4500 too! I love LG phones, but I dont want to 6000 because its dual mode or else I'd get that one. I like the 4500 but I kinda want a camera...*sigh* I just dunno what to do! lol Any feedback on the 4500?

Umm. I don't know if you are aware of this or not but the 4500 is dual digital as well. The 8900 is tri-mode... Honestly the 8900 is really really good. I have one that doesn't even have the new software flash in it, and i have not had a single problem. This is probably one of the best phones I have had. and trust me I have been through them all 😉 So if I were you I would go with the 8900 besides the 4500 doesn't have the camera.

Does it matter that the 8900 does not have "National Access" with VZW? What does national access do anyhow?

How would you rate the 8900 compaired to the t720, besides it doesn't have a camera, or compaired to the a610 or the lg6000? Thanks

ok honestly i had the 720 before i bought the 6000 and i am completly satisfied with it. Personally you couldnt give me the 8900 for 2reasons. 1. In less then a week of its FIRST launch, it was pulled for at least a month and change. 2. Its made by hyundai. In the past audiovox phones that have been made by hyundai have been bad. IE the 8300 and the 8600. The Toshiba versions of Audiovox however *9155 and 9500* were great phones except for the battery life of the 9500. I personally say if you like your 4400 go to the 6000 or the 4500. All digital is definatly the way to go.

The 8900 does have national access. Its VZW high speed wireless internet.. Pretty much all the phones now have national access capability.
