A smart marketing move would be to have a commercial wirh Chad walking down the street looking a little forlorn and stopping to look sheepishly at the figure suddenly in front of him, which happens to be testman with the network behind him. Chad would look at the ground as if ashamed, testman smiles and nods supportivly, and then testman puts his arm around chad and says come on and they walk towards the network together.

To Verizon feel free to use this, just send the royalties to...

alltel phones have been activating on VZW for a while now

As long as it's a model Verizon carries an Alltel phone will activate on Verizon, the reason being is that the MEID/ESN is in the DMD already, so an Alltel V3m will activate fine, but an Alltel V3a won't, make sense?

How long after VZW closes the deal before I get bars in the rural areas Alltel covered? Is this an "instant" change or a long process?
