Since no one answered in the storm forum, I decided to ask here. is it possible to transfer a movie from my ps3 to my storm? 🤨

It probably is..I have 5 movies on my memory card and they play just fine. Try putting the movie on your card, then moving it to the phone.

If you want to convert your own movies you can do so using software such as: ImToo 3gp converter. There might be free 3gp software out there, I dunno. I bought ImToo long ago so I don't use anything but that.
As for the settings for conversion, I have no idea what resolution, fps, etc. the storm handles. I know my Curve handles 24 fps, so prob the storm too. 44.1 Khz sound... prob the same.
