i was wondering what phone to get out of those 3?

im thinking about using my upgrade to get phone then return and then buy at full retail then return then reuse my upgrade for final choice only if it takes that long to decide or i will just buy the first one and fall in love

this will work right i know you can only have one return but if i purchase full retail it doesnt have to do with the return of the first phone correct?

please dont say mean things and help a brother out thanks!

yeah, posting threads like this always seems a little pointless.

Get what fits your life. WE do not live, work, or play with you on a daily basis so how I on earth can I tell ya what phone to buy?

Look at your needs and see whats most important to you, then pick the phone that best meets those needs.

Simple, easy, effective 🙂

I believe you should be able to do that. You can always buy a phone full retail, and you should be able to use your upgrade as well. Before you do it, I would check with the store, but I think they will allow it.

I believe so, but just be aware that there is a new 35 dollar restocking fee in place now. So I would be careful about returning phones, don't wanna get taxed too much to do it.

For those of us who ask these "annoying" questions, I think what WE are looking for is INSIGHTS from you the experts - for example - which of these devices might be easiest to text on? do email on? what limitations (if any) are there to surfing the web (eg: using the phone to listen to internet radio, watch you tube videos, etc.) reception? quality of audio? AND, before you say it, I know the omnia is not yet out - though some may have played with it or will know from samsung's rep whether its likely to be a good choice or not when compared with the other phones. Does that help to explain WHY we dare to ask the oracles such questions? TIA, Al

I feel you. But if you want a good answer, then we need good questions.

you cant asked some generic question like: Which phone, lg dare, BB Storm, or Samsung Renown?

We need details, and what features are most important to you. When I get that info, I can make an informed recommendation.

Thats fair - and I believe I provided a few in my previous post - I want to watch videos on a great screen (i'm in a business where I want to show people video clips); i need great speakers in the phone; i'd like to listen to internet radio via websites; naturally i want excellent reception and i do send texts regularly - so i need to be able to type on it, currently i'm using a chocolate (LG) and its a typical phone and hassle to do texts. I do like the idea of the touch screens and i always felt the keys on a typical BB were too small for me to type with. Al

for media, the storm would probably be the best of the three, however the new omnia is divx certified--so that could help you play videos.

Email is also an issue. If you want/need instant email then I would go BB Storm. If email is not a concern. Then I would steer you more towards the touch or omnia. Maybe the omnia because the larger screen and divx functionality.

These are all great devices but it comes down to personal preferences. I prefer Blackberry's over WM devices but that is just my opinion. If you don't want a touch screen PDA then look at the BB Curve which is a solid phone.
