I'm just hoping we make a commercial of Chad apologizing to Test Man once we assimilate Alltel.
...
I'd pay to see that...I'll miss the wizard, tho...
...
I envisioned a funny commercial where Test Man and Chad are running to each other in a field, with a totally cheesy look of adoration on their faces, only to abruptly stop in the middle. They look at each other in silence for a few seconds. They shake hands.
Chad says, "I'm sorry I made fun of Verizon."
Test Man says, "It's ok. Welcome to the family."
Suddenly, the network appears behind Test Man. A similar network appears behind Chad. The crowds clap and mix, Verizon network giving Alltel network people new jackets and hard hats and patting everyone on the back.
Test Man hands Chad a Storm. Chad says "hello?"
Test Man grins. "Can you hear me now?"
Chad laughs. "Yes. I can hear you now."
Test Man gives his smarm...

The way you wrote it looks like AT&T is suing Verizon Wireless. Maybe it's the dorky law student in me, but I had a good laugh, and I am sure AT&T has probably sued Verizon at some point over something... 😳
(like the fact that they have better coverage?!)
...
Probably over terminology used in commercials.
...
If I remember correctly, it was the VZW commercial where they stated, "Yes, AT&T covers "more places" if you count the entire Earth, but THEY ROYALLY SUCK in the USA."
No? Sorry...my mistake!
Gregg
...
i saw we both merge and take over the world. a commercial with chad saying sorry to the verizon guy would be awesome.

Depends on where you are. where ATT is strong, Verizon almost always has a presence. The only real places where one is "superior" in coverage is when you are talking 3g (verizons is much larger) or out in rural areas 9where certain places will be better for one customer or the other)
But if you are talking consistent national 3g coverage, Verizon has this is spades.
