your contract and NE2 work on 2 separate timelines. your NE2 date will stay the same but your contract will be extended. you dont need to resign anything, they just extend it. and do it soon if you are going to so your contract doesnt go for too much longer.
NO. You do NOT have to sign a new contract at all. You can raise or lower the minutes in your price plan at any time without extending your contract term. Be aware of pro-rates, though. As long as you aren't talking about taking advantage of the new promotional pricing, you'll be fine. Since your contract end date is greater than 1 yr away (10/2006) a contract extension is not required for the new calling plan.
I apologize that you no longer like your phone, you did have 15 days to decided and you opted to keep the phone. The phone is covered under mft warranty, you can call LG to see what they'll do or u can participate in the express exchange program at a corporate store.

ok great. as for the phone, i think that firmware upgrade will fix most of the things i'm not happy about, as long as my local verizon has the upgrade. thanks.
Keep in mind that depending on when you change your calling plan, VZW's billing system prorates everything on your account.
