Thats a great question, and i dont think there is, unless you completely wipe the phone clean.
I just wish the call log could hold more entries, it gets full after only a few days of calls for me.

Hold the shift key, then use the scroll ball and highlight them - then hit the Blackberry menu button, and select 'delete'.
