Moto W755 and Get It Now?
Anyone else having problems connecting to the Get It Now, or Media Center on the Motorola W755s? Verizon is running the free Navigator for a month with an activation or upgrade, but when I try to download it for my customers with the W755's, it gives me a error message. I called customer service with the issue twice, and both reps tell me they are stumped?

depending on the region, my account manager sent out a notice this morn that GIN was down, and some wireless sync issues were being reported. prolly not the exact answer, but similar, hopefully.

well, no. Both times I called into customer service, they tried several different things... including switching the esn to another model phone (in which the apps worked) and then they would end the convo with "Sorry, Im really stumped. Hopefully it will fix itself. We will contact the customer ourselves if we figure it out." They were no help what-so ever. Nor did they follow up with either of the two customers. It is not a local problem, but thanks.
