is there anyway to clean the little ball on the blackberry or is it stuck getting dirty?

i got sand at the beach in the ball yesterday and I just slipped off the silver ring off by putting my nail under the part on the top and came off and then you can clean it with a q tip! hope that helps good luck its easy!!

you can do it yourself
no the silver piece is not broken it has three hinches which are on the two sides and botton so you can take if off by putting ur nail on the top part and forcing it off did it twice NO TROUBLE!!
