😢 i had a loved one pass away today. i then later found on my phone a 2 minute video i had recorded of them. problem is i guess the higher resolution option makes you unable to share the video with others? i had heard this before. now i am wondering if there is any way i can ever get this off of my phone and onto a computer or somewhere i could keep it forever? does anyone know how you would do this? i just cannot bear to lose this memory.

thanks for any help..
p.s my phone is the verizon TV phone. the one that flips open to a t shape. can't remember the model number ...am fairly out of it. lg something.

again thanks for any help it would mean everything. 😢

First I would like to say sorry for hearing about your loss. The phone model I beleive you have is the LG vx 9400, if it is it has a slot for a memory card. The Verizon stores sell these cards, they also come with an adapter so you can copy it to your PC. If this is your model its on the side towards the keypad end.

Also if your computer has a memory card reader then all you have to do is save the video to the card and insert it into the card reader and it should automatically bring up a box with different viewing options, just select the one that says copy to folder or something like that, from there you can save it wherever (this may not be the correct way, but its the only way I have figured out). If you have the card reader you wont need the adapter, of you don't have a reader then you will need to get it but I'm not sure how to transfer pics/videos with that.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

the card comes with the adapter and yes you do need the adapter for hte pc if you have a card reader. reason being, the vx9400 (yes that is the T phone) uses a microSD card and your card reader would use a SD car, hence the need for the micro > SD adapter. however, dont go to the store to get this stuff. you can get a 2gb microSD card, micro>SD adapter, and SD>usb card reader for under $20 shipped, whereas if you would go to the store you would pay upwards of $80 for all that.
