Don't call and ask. It is not currently possible. The day it is possible I'm sure it will be posted here.

The user with the phone has to physically send a message to a specific number to sign up for the service. Verizon gets billed for the service, then they bill you. Ground your kids, they are lying when they said they didn't sign up for anything.

Free ringtones are never "free"!

VZW won't give you a free phone every month just because you are a customer and you asked.

VZW won't allow you to add a line for 9.99 as a secondary line to an Unlimited Anytime Minute plan. People don't seem to understand the **** the call in and "tell" us to give them. We also do not have the ability to backdate a calling plan to make it look like overage you had on your last months bill never existed. Changing the very bill you have in front of you or just reprint an updated version and send it to you or hand deliver it.

Actually a lot of times they will actually rework the last bill. If you go over and agree to up your plan some reps will rework the last bill as if you had the higher plan and issue credits. This usually only happens if it was the first time its happened and if you're nice about it. I know I've gotten it done for a customer on more than one occasion.

we do the same at sprint, if you are nice about it, pro-actively are updating plan and most importantly "admit" you did the overages or are willing to pay the overages in the first place, I will credit about half the charges or all depending on the circumstance. We hate repeat offenders though, the ones that will demand credit simply because they are deadbeats.

Rework the bill... Yes. I was stating people want us to actually "reprint" a new revised bill to show the changes made. Completely different than just reworking the bill.

So don't get bossy.

We do like to help the nice ones, though ;)
