1xEV-DO, Feb. 1st What phones will be Available?

The article I saw only stated manufacture not models. Do you know what models besides the VX8000?

check out http://www.wirelessimports.com they show all the phones coming out with EV-DO technology. i saw my dream phone on there. its the motorola ms330 aka colormemoto. you can also read a little bit more about the technology on http://www.mobileburn.com. right now there is 3G in 12 different cities and by the end of 2005, verizon's coverage with 3G technology will be doubled.

also i think it was mobile burn who reported something about 4G technology which i thought was insane considering the 3G has hardly hit consumers yet. but it will run at about 1gig/second. hte 3G technology runs at about 300-500k/sec which is still really fast. 😁

😁 oh yeah! i remember reading that now. i didnt know pittsburgh was one of them. wow thats really exciting!!

check out the wireless imports. would those phones be compatable here? i know it says verizon on the list of carriers but would it be ready and work? also do you think those phone will be available here at some point? (for a much cheaper price?)
