Email HELP on EnV!!!

Ok so I got a ? Does anyone know how to set up the email client on the EnV for a pop3 email address? I have an outlook email address that I need to set up can anyone walk me thru the steps to do this?

i use mobil email $5 a month, go download it in get it now
