VZW Website Sucks!!
Whats the deal with the billing website? Everytime I try to use it it never works. It runs so slow, I can't even download my past bills! ☹️

Well I am glad it is not me....Ive been trying for 3 hours now to get four months of back billing statements...I finally just emailed them. 😢

I'm going out on a limb here but...before coming to Phonescoop, did you send Verizon an e-mail to advise of the issue?
In reading this and replies, not sure what's the deal for you but worth reporting.
Funny, must be an ISP deal, I've always been able to download the bill with my previous ISP but I just changed very recently and went to My Account after reading this and it took forever to let the Acrobat Reader dialogue to allow me to click Open. (and I'm not a fan of my new ISP either...).
Anyway, worth reporting to VZ if you already haven't.

I have had the same problem with it taking forever to process a payment or view bill copies. I changed the security settings on my computer from Medium-High to Low and the Privacy settings to low and now the website works just fine. I have to remember that each time I want to pay my bill I must change these settings. Hope that helps.
