Can you use the BB $29.99 Plan for Corporate Emails?

My company does use the BB Enterprise Server. However, alot of my co-workers with regular PDA's just use the sync/push software for their email. Will I be able to use that with the Pearl instead of signing up for the more expensive plan? Does BB provide similar software? I do realize that I may have to end up using a machine 24/7 that needs to be up and running to forward my email, but just wanted to know if it would be possible.

Thanks in advance

No you can't. The $29.99 was set up for those that don't need the access to their corp. emails.

The 29.99 feature is only for POP3 accounts only. If you are going to use corporate email you must have the 44.99 unlimited feature. There is no way around it yet. But it may change next year.

Do you know if I currently change the plan from BB $44.99 plan to the $30 one, they make you renew your 2 year contract? I have 1 year and a half left on my current 2 year contract. Thanks in advance

yes you will, the 29.99 plan is designed for BIS usage (BlackBerry Internet Services) only which is exactly what you are doing, AOL and surfing. if anyone selects the 29.99 they are blocked from BES usage (BlackBerry Enterprise Server), corporate set-ups
