In yet another step aimed at offering American consumers the “most customer friendly” experience in the wireless industry, Verizon Wireless today announced that it will provide all of its customers the ability to change calling plans without requiring contract extensions.

The policy will become part of the company’s industry leading customer promise, the Verizon Wireless Worry Free Guarantee®.

Saw today that they are going to do an enhancement to E*Roes around the 7th. My guess is that this is probably one of those enhancements. Here we go, Credit & Activations better stock up on employees next week, we'll have stupid errors all week and probably have to call almost everything in!

Though Im sure this will have no change to how many VIP's were expected to get each month. (anyone working in their call center knows what im talking about). Even though there goes about 90% of where our VIP's come from.
