I regret leaving VZW for at&t.

Despite the UI and the Bluetooth crippling, VZW is clearly better than at&t.

Ummmmm....yeah, everyone knows that. Actually, the UI has changed, its no longer the same boring UI, its Flash-lite. Also, the phones are not as crippled as they were. Come back home dude. Screw the Iphone...did you see the LG vx10000 that's coming out?

The VX10000 is a nice looking phone. In the rumor mill, someone, who I can rely on, stated Sprint will be getting the LG enV(not the Rumor).
I wonder if the enV will come to Sprint, and if the enV will be similar to the VX1000.

I'm just going on a reliable source. I'm a corp Sprint rep, and I didn't know of the LG enV coming to Sprint, and I'm always on top of the new releases, via websites and insiders.
To answer your question, I don't know. I don't see why and new phone wouldn't be BlueTooth enabled. Every new phone Sprint, and a lot of other carriers, have BlueTooth, on their devices.
Read your original post on this thread, and i was surprised to see you went CDMA to GSM. Well, I guess you know from experience.

I have to agree completely with this statement. I have tried them all and GSM is no comparison. But to not get too much off topic, Verizon is light years better than AT&T and all the national different consumer reoprting agencies seem to think so as well year after year...

I can't agree completely with that. I have had them all too. Go back to 1992 when I got my first cell. Verizon is not light years ahead of other CDMA carriers. Sprint has better call quality on their 1900 band vs verizons 800 band were they have 51% of their spectrum. Alltel is just as good as them. It is very tight in the CDMA business and it all depends on were you live.

Verizon Wireless wasn't around in 1992. I don't know who they were in your area in 1992, but for Lake & Porter Counties of Indiana & numerous counties in and around Chicago were part of Ameritech Cellular. Primeco didn't enter the scene in the same area until about 1995 or 1996, and they continued in the Chicago marke...

Yes. It's not their responsibility to provide coverage where you need it. It's your responsibility to live and work in areas where you get coverage.

I don't know if GSM is worse here in the Indianapolis area, or not. People at work use just about every wireless company out there. Everyone seems to be happy with what they have, whether it's GSM or CDMA. It just depends on where you use your phone.
However, I'm getting sick of Verizon and their "we pride ourselves on having the best network" statement every time I ask them about something.
CDMA is probably better, but I'm probably going to go with Helio next time around.

My mother had then Cellular One Chicago, which later became Cingular. She left them becuase of billing issues and poor customer service. She never had issues with the network though. She left them in 2003, a year before they bought AT&T Wireless. To this day, I still hear few people say good things about what is known as at&t.

Okay then: I'm fed up. At&t's crappy customer service, billing and the that that I, one of their drones [i.e. employees], can't get a warrenty replacement, even though I work for the mother ****ers. So shove that "troll" **** up your ass!!!

It's actually chocolateman85006. I changed my screen name. You may remember my story; but if not, here goes: After 4 Treo 700w's, 1. I wanted a different phone. They were going to send me another phone, but stopped the order w/o me knowing it, and claimed that I was past due. I let them know that I was past due by mistake. They acknowledged it, but refused to do what they were going to do at first, and sent me another 700w. 2. They overcharged me by $300 for the 3rd time in 3 months.

C'mon chocolateman85006. I also remember your story on giving phonescoopers a hard time on "trolling". Then I use to see you in other forums. 🤣 Well, it's nice to know you're still around. Cheers chocolateman85006, or should I say VM6user (now). 😉
