Verizon rebate form shows i760, XV6800, and KPC680 !!! Rebate 9/4 to 10/8
It shows mail in rebate details for new Verizon phone purchases from Tuesday 9/4 to 10/8.
The three eagerly awaited devices I notice on this list is:
Samsung i760
Verizon (HTC) XV6800
Kyocera KPC680
(for those not familiar with the Kyocera KPC680, its the followup to their successful KPC650 EVDO card. The 650 was the best one ever to grace the Rev0 network and the 680 is looking to be the best for the RevA network.I have a need for speed and this is the wholly grail of EVDO cards)

the green env
the razr 2 v9m and the rizr z6tv but these were on there already
the samsung u700(gleam) no idea wht it is
the i760
the sch u410
the kpc680 internet card
and the xv6800
I know I'm ready to get rid of my Q and get a better PDA. Lookin forward to it.
xv6800 most likely pushed to October while the i760 has also been pushed back as Verizon quality control goes over every little thing. Best part is, even after they do that, they still need to release many software updates...

I have the current rebate forms in front of me, and there is a certain motorizr z6tv on there, and I haven't seen it out yet. it's not on infocenter, and the rebate period ends in...2 days. actually, same thing with the new razr. it's still online only, and it's on the same form.
All those phones MAY come out, but they may not during the 5 weeks tha the rebates have. Until the phones are in stores, not much anybody can do but speculate.
be excited, but think too.
However, Verizon does very much want to get these phones out in time for the holiday buying season. So September, October, and early/mid November should be VERY busy months, phone release-wise. đ
S'okay, I'll modify what I said to "September, October, and all of November will be very busy months for VZW phone releases."
Happy? đ
