Just for the record...
I believe that all of VZW's data network is REV A. Someone in some forum was stating that Sprint's network was bigger and better and this is simply not true. I believe that phonescoop posted an article about this a month ago.

Sprint's is definitely bigger. A large portion of what you see on VZW's coverage map is Alltel.

You are definately mistaken my friend. The data network is not primarily Alltel. And yes, the data network is 100% rev A. I highly doubt Sprint has a larger network.

I didn't say "mostly"
A big enough portion of it is Alltel... big enough for Sprint to claim it has the largest company controlled network
Actually, even Alltel claims that their network is bigger
By bigger, we're talking about area, not populations covered.... something Sprint is bigger in as well
...
But for the purpose of VZW customers, it's fine. Alltel might as well be a subsidiary of VZW with the kinds of terms they're giving them.

HMM, in Californai VZW is definatly bigger, we even have EVDO Rev A while Sprint does not have Rev A in alot of places

its not cali that makes sprint bigger i can tell you that
its those states in the middle where few people live

Dude, I thought you meant the broadband network... man you confused me. I don't even see broadband coverage on their home map. VZW has coverage in all the surrounding major cities where I'm at. I couldn't find broadband from sprint in any of the 13 cities I tried. Who cares about dial up speeds when you have Rev A 100% in every major city across the board!
